Mark Epstein is an attorney and policy analyst specializing in antitrust and
telecommunications law. Before starting his own practice, he wrote extensively on
the relationship of these areas of law with content moderation and free speech for
the Wall Street Journal, The Hill, and National Review.
Epstein received a J.D., magna cum laude, from The University of Pennsylvania Law
School, and a B.A. from the College of William and Mary. He previously served as
executive director of a conservative non-profit and congressional leadership PAC.
